Maintenance Surveyor

£30 ph+ Umbrella/CIS

We are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider to recruit for a Maintenance Surveyor on an initial temporary basis.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Surveyor:
  • Providing an efficient inspection and surveying service to the companies housing stock and related assets surrounding repairs and maintenance
  • Conducting ongoing repairs and maintenance surveys and progress reports, and updating information as required
  • Providing guidance, technical support, and direction when appropriate
  • Undertaking pre and post inspections
  • Maintaining in depth knowledge of relevant legislation including UK building regulations
  • Producing project design, tender and contract documentation
Requirements of the Maintenance Surveyor:
  • Previous experience conducting repairs and maintenance surveys
  • Social housing experience is desirable
