HOTEL IN WINDSOR

We’re looking for a skilled and hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor to lead all installation, repair, and upkeep operations across our hotel facilities. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly — from machinery and systems to the guest experience.

You’ll be responsible for planning and managing maintenance activities, supervising a small team, and ensuring our property and equipment remain in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and perform routine building maintenance, including painting, plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical repairs, and HVAC upkeep.
  • Maintain cleanliness of all building areas, machinery, and equipment.
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance and repair requests.
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee installation and repair activities.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and resolve issues.
  • Supervise maintenance staff and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
  • Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies, ordering replacements when required.
  • Maintain records of maintenance work, reports, and daily logs.
  • Liaise with and manage relationships with external contractors and vendors.
  • Monitor repair costs and provide accurate estimates.
What We’re Looking For
  • Mechanical degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in maintenance or facilities management.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience (highly regarded).
  • Strong understanding of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
  • Solid knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment.
