We're looking for a maintenance supervisor to optimise plant performance and maintenance activities by providing effective management for a team of Maintenance Technicians and a broad range of contract staff where necessary. This will be within our Packing area of the factory.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure the role holder, their team and contractors under their responsibility comply with all SHEQ policies and procedures
  • Manage the area team of Maintenance Technicians, ensuring that safety, quality and throughput standards and targets are achieved
  • Work closely with Packaging Team Managers and other senior engineers ensuring the optimum prioritisation of activities to ensure plant operational and maintenance needs are met
  • Plan, schedule and agree daily/weekly workloads with the Packaging Maintenance Team Manager, incorporating preventative, planned and reactive activities
  • Manage all planned and reactive E/I and mechanical maintenance activities including cleaning, optimising available resources and contractors to ensure expedient, high-quality repairs and servicing
