Maintenance Resource Planning Manager | Salary up to £40k + excellent benefits package & career opportunities | Based: Avonmouth, Bristol. Working Monday to Friday (sociable hours) 37.5hrs

We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Resource Planning Manager to work for a leading company at their Avonmouth site. The purpose of this role is to plan and coordinate maintenance work with customers and Maintenance Technicians, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies. This is a management role with leadership responsibility. The ideal candidate will ideally have experience in a Planning Manager, Maintenance Planner / Resource planner or similar role.

The role:

  • Point of contact for customer inquiries related to maintenance request and issues.
  • Keep customers informed of the progress of their maintenance issues, ensuring proactive communication.
  • Raise maintenance jobs accurately and timeously.
  • Plan works to ensure prioritisation, efficiency and compliance with SLAs.
  • Efficient communication with Maintenance Technicians and contractors, swiftly resolving customer issues and escalating where necessary.
  • Technician and contractor compliance (certifications, working hours, H&S and incident reporting etc)
  • Administration of RAMs documentation.
  • Raise PO's for technicians and third parties
