An academic institution in Southampton seeks a Maintenance Electrician to ensure the safety and efficiency of electrical systems across campuses. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Ideal candidates will have a qualification in Electrical Engineering and proven experience in maintenance roles. The position offers a salary between £35,707 and £40,692, with generous benefits including flexible working options.
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team and support the electrical infrastructure across our academic campuses to ensure a safe and efficient environment for students, staff, and visitors. This role will be 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
Role Overview
As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems across the university campus. You will ensure that all electrical systems operate safely, reliably, and in compliance with regulations.
