Static Maintenance Operative - Portsmouth

Start Date: 5th January | Contract: Ongoing

We are recruiting a Static Maintenance Operative for a commercial site in Portsmouth. This role suits someone with a plumbing or fabric maintenance background who is confident carrying out PPMs and general maintenance on a single, static site.

Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with no call out.

Key Duties

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs)
• Reactive maintenance across the commercial site
• Basic plumbing repairs
• General fabric work (carpentry, patch repairs, painting, door maintenance, etc.)
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

Requirements

• Experience in plumbing or building fabric maintenance
• Previous experience working on commercial sites preferred
• Confident with PPMs and day-to-day maintenance tasks
• Able to work independently
• Available to start 5th January
