Working: 5 days per week ( Mon- Fri)

Contract Time: Permanent after completion of 6 month probation period

Hours: 7.30am-3pm

Responsible to: Estate Manager

Salary: £TBA

Job purpose:

-To undertake minor repairs in and around the properties on the estate, carrying out minor carpentry, plumbing & plastering works.

-To assist the TMO manager in all maters relating to the good management and security of the estate.

-To assist the TMO Manager in providing a cleaning, caretaking and grounds maintenance service for the estate.

-To promote excellent relationships between the TMO and its to deter anti-social behaviour

-To maintain records, both manual & computerised, as directed by the TMO Manager.
