Overview

Maintenance Officer — Closing date: Sunday 12 October 2025 | Salary: £25,400.00 per annum | Contract type: Permanent | Working hours: Full time | Location: Various sites (Central Lancashire)

The Trust is looking for a Maintenance Officer to join our busy Facilities Team.

About the role

The Lancashire Wildlife Trust (LWT) Maintenance Officer will provide support at our LWT sites across the North West. All sites vary in complexity from simple office spaces to a state-of-the-art floating visitor centre, and each has their own systems.

Responsibilities
  • Have practical experience in maintenance and the ability to work in an organised and methodical manner.
  • Develop expertise in the systems and processes; build effective working relationships with peers, contractors and volunteers to deliver a successful maintenance schedule.
