Alliance Personnel are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations at our client's site.

MAIN DUTIES

To be responsible for ensuring our site remains safe, efficient, and fully operational.

The role blends hands‑on technical oversight with strategic planning, budget management, and team leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
  • To create maintenance plans for site engineers.
  • To monitor and ensure maintenance plans are completed as expected.
  • To oversee the upkeep of all building systems, including electrical, plumbing, security, and fire safety.
  • To order spare parts as requested by site engineers.
  • To source, organise, negotiate and supervise external contractors for specialized repairs and facility services.
  • To ensure site safety and security.
  • To ensure engineers attend any equipment breakdown to reduce production down time.
  • To maintain stock holding of spare equipment parts.
  • To conduct internal site inspections.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
  • Experience managing a team of technicians.
  • Good administration skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to report issues to executive leadership.
  • Solid understanding of electrical wiring, mechanical systems, and structural maintenance.
  • Availability to be “on‑call” outside of normal hours.
  • Computer literate.
SHIFT HOURS

40 hours per week. Monday to Friday – Day Shift.
