A leading UK food manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Manager at its Kiveton site. The role requires experience in engineering management within food manufacturing and strong leadership skills. We’re a vibrant, fast‑paced leading food manufacturer. Employing around 13,600 colleagues across 16 manufacturing units and 17 distribution depots across the UK. We supply all the UK’s food retailers with everything from Sandwiches, soups and sushi to cooking sauces, pickles and ready meals, and in FY23, we generated revenues of £1.9bn.
Our vast direct‑to‑store (DTS) distribution network, comprising of 17 depots nationwide, enables us to make over 10,400 daily deliveries of our own chilled and frozen produce and that of third parties.
Our site in Kiveton employs over 600 and is the UK’s largest quiche bakery, producing more than 42 million quiche each year along with a wide range of ready meals and soups.
As Maintenance Manager at Kiveton you will report directly to the Engineering Controller. Our team at Kiveton has a wide range of backgrounds and skills, and we are ideally looking for someone from a multi‑skilled background with an electrical bias, and extensive man‑management experience.
