Overview

Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: up to £45,000 per annum DOE

About the Role

We are looking for a hands on Maintenance Manager to join a leading hotel in Milton Keynes. This role is ideal for someone with at least two years of maintenance experience who is keen to take the next step. You do not need prior managerial experience, just strong communication, good IT skills and the drive to learn and grow.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee reactive and preventative maintenance across plumbing, electrical, carpentry and building systems
  • Schedule work and manage contractors to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime
  • Support and implement improvement plans and KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards
  • Assist with capital budgets and maintenance related projects
  • Work Monday to Friday with some weekend availability as required
What We Are Looking For
  • At least two years of experience in maintenance, hotel or commercial environment desirable
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Good IT skills, able to manage reporting and scheduling
  • A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
