Maintenance Manager, Malmaison Rate of Pay Type of Contract - 45 hours Location - Liverpool

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the general maintenance of the property, upkeep of its facilities, and management of the maintenance team. The goal is to ensure that jobs are completed efficiently to meet guest expectations during their stay.

Key responsibilities include allocating tasks to the team, completing daily jobs and preventative maintenance schedules, meeting deadlines, and liaising with contractors. The ideal candidate must be organized, an excellent communicator, and a hands-on manager with attention to detail. Experience in a maintenance department of a similar quality hotel and knowledge of electrics and health and safety are beneficial.
