Overview

As Maintenance Supervisor, you will keep our property safe, functional and welcoming. You will coordinate all maintenance tasks, from repairs and upgrades to preventive care, ensuring every area of the hotel meets our high standards and complies with safety regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate all maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
  • Resolve issues promptly and professionally with guests, contractors and the public to protect the guest experience.
  • Work closely with contractors, managing their work and auditing health and safety permits to ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential problems before escalation, collaborating with other departments to keep operations seamless.
  • Lead sustainability initiatives as the hotel’s Energy Champion, engaging with brand standards to reduce environmental impact.
Qualifications
  • At least two years of experience in a maintenance role at a managerial level.
  • Skills in one or more building trades and the ability to carry out first‑level fault finding.
  • Strong communication skills to work with guests, contractors and colleagues.
