Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Type:Full Time, Permanent
Salary:£96,950.52 + 10% individual performance based bonus
Location:Edmonton, London
At LondonEnergy, we’re proud of our vital role in managing North London’s waste and protecting the environment. As part of the team, you’ll already know that we handle and process 750,000 tonnes of waste each year, making us the second largest waste contract in the UK.
By processing household waste at our facility, we produce enough waste from energy to power 80,000 homes every year and recycle 70% of items through our Reuse and Recycling Centres.
We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our Energy Centre team and provide strong leadership within a critical operational environment. This role offers the opportunity to influence performance, drive standards, and lead teams that are central to the safe and reliable operation of the Energy Centre.
Working in close partnership with the Energy Centre Technical Lead (ECTL), you will lead maintenance planning, support continuous improvement initiatives, and oversee planned outage programmes. You will play a key role in maintaining plant productivity in line with regulatory requirements, while ensuring the Energy Centre continues to operate efficiently and effectively throughout its remaining lifecycle.
You will also take ownership of maintenance budgets, developing clear and accurate forecasts in collaboration with the ECTL, and ensuring all maintenance, improvement, and outage activities are delivered within agreed budgets and forecasts.
Early application is encouraged as we will review applications throughout the advertising period and reserve the right to close the advert early.
