An arts organization in Glasgow is seeking a Maintenance Manager for the Estates Department. This role involves overseeing facilities maintenance to ensure a high standard and safe environment for staff, students, and visitors. Maintenance Manager – Estates Department, Permanent, Full time (35 hours per week, 1 FTE), Salary scale: £29,686 – £35,781 per annum.
We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Manager to work within our busy Estates Department.
Previous managerial and practical experience in a maintenance or facilities setting, ability to monitor staff, good record‑keeping skills and capability to perform multi‑trade skills in joinery, plumbing, electrical work, and decoration. Strong understanding of building systems and how they operate, applied across multiple disciplines.
Due to the nature of the Conservatoire opening times, some weekend, evening and night‑shift work may be required.
