Job description

Hayley Dexis has an exciting opportunity available for an enthusiastic and motivated Maintenance Engineer Apprentice to join our Maintenance Team based at our HQ in Halesowen. This full-time permanent apprenticeship starts at £16,000 per year and will support the warehouse and stores team in the upkeep and maintenance across our warehouses, offices and sites. The role covers Design and Fabrication, Mechanical & Electrical Systems, Testing, Planned & Reactive Maintenance, Working Safely, Customer Interaction, Waste Systems & Drainage and Sustainability. You will receive hands‑on experience and structured training to help you successfully complete your apprenticeship.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the maintenance team.

  • Logical thinking skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Well presented and enthusiastic about building a career in facilities maintenance.
