Are you a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Engineer looking for a day shift role with long-term stability, excellent benefits and the chance to work a respected business with strong values?   • Location: Easily commutable from Wolverhampton, Walsall, Wednesbury, Tipton & surrounding West Midlands areas

You’ll play a key role in keeping production lines running smoothly, minimising downtime, and ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhering To All Health & Safety on Site
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
  • Support continuous improvement projects to boost reliability and efficiency.
  • Work closely with production teams to resolve breakdowns quickly and minimise disruption.
  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
  • Accurately record maintenance activities and keep records up to date.
  • Conveyors, Bearings, Belts
Skillset required:
  • Time-served Engineer with a recognised qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Confident fault-finding across both electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Maintenance Experience
  • Electrical Qualifications Desirable
  • Hydraulics and Pneumatics
  • Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  • A proactive problem solver with a hands-on approach.
  • Flexible and reliable with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
