  • Support ongoing improvement projects to optimise efficiency and performance.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and poultry welfare standards.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively within farm buildings, handling equipment up to 25 kg.
  • Prioritise tasks effectively to meet operational demands.
