Overview

Maintenance Engineer (Night Shift) – Eastleigh. £43K +25% Shift Allowance. Permanent. Our client is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their Manufacturing & Distribution team, where you'll play a key role in keeping their equipment running smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems and making a real impact.

Shift: Nightshift 00:00 to 08:00 Sunday - Thursday

Responsibilities
  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems
  • Ensure process-critical equipment is maintained to the highest standards
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to quality and service goals
  • Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams
Qualifications
  • Completed engineering apprenticeship
  • Minimum qualification: ONC, City & Guilds Level 3, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Proven ability to diagnose faults and resolve issues across a range of systems
  • Flexible, resilient, and committed to high standards of work
