The Role: Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical Bias)

We require a skilled and versatile Maintenance Engineer, ideally with a strong mechanical background , to manage maintenance and contribute heavily to ongoing capital projects at our Dudley site. Experience with steam systems, pumps, and pipework is highly valued.

Salary, Shifts & Benefits

• Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
• Shifts:
  • Week 1: Mornings (e.g., 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
  • Week 2: Afternoons (e.g., 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
• Holiday: 21 days annual leave plus 8 Bank Holidays.

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector is essential.

Experience in the Food or Drink manufacturing environment is highly valued.
