Maintenance Engineer – South London (Mobile)

Location: South London

Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of planned and reactive fabric maintenance tasks (e.g., carpentry, basic plumbing, painting & decorating, patch plastering, tiling, etc.).
• Support M&E engineers where required and assist with general building maintenance.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, complying with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of work carried out.
• Respond to client queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a multi-trade, maintenance or fabric engineer role.
• Strong skills in general building trades (e.g., carpentry, joinery, decorating, etc.).
• A proactive approach and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence (van and fuel card is provided).
• NVQ/City & Guilds qualifications are desirable but not essential.
