Overview

Maintenance Engineer – Coleshill

Salary: £52,000 per annum

Shift: Panama (Days/Nights) - 2's and 3's rotating (one in two weekends, compared to 3 in 4 working conti's)

Location: Coleshill

Benefits: 10% matched pension, Death in service x6, 26 days holiday, Overtime x1.5, x2 on Sundays

Role

We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well established manufacturer in Coleshill. They are a household name within the building products industry.

Responsibilities
  • Maintenance reporting through CMMS system
  • Breakdown reporting
  • Completion of TPM/PPM activities
  • Constantly monitor each stage of the process
  • Ensure correct spare parts are fitted to operate safely
  • Rectify stoppages/malfunctions and ask for assistance when needed
  • Adherence to site PPE policy
  • Fault diagnosis and repairs
  • Ensure all safety standards are adhered to at all times
  • Compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulations
Requirements
  • Good working knowledge of PLCs and all associated controlled automated equipment, and competent in fault diagnosis on hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • At least 3 years working as an electrical maintenance engineer
  • Understand systems operation
  • Knowledge of compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
