Proven hands‑on experience in building maintenance (electrical biased), with mechanical competence. Familiar with hospitality, care, hotel, luxury residential or similar high‑standard environments. Formal electrical qualification maintenance. Strong understanding of compliance, health & safety, and asset protection. High attention to detail with a strong person centric approach. Professional, trustworthy, and member‑focused with excellent communication skills. Able to travel between multiple residences when required. Flexible to provide holiday & sickness cover and technical support at other residences where required.
The ideal candidate will be punctual, hardworking and quick to learn, with a high attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality and a positive work ethic is ideal for this role as well as good physical stamina & mobility.
