Job summary

A maintenance and engineering company is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to ensure the proper functioning of electrical systems and perform both planned and reactive maintenance tasks in Trafford Park, Manchester. Candidates must possess Level 3 electrical qualifications and a background in maintenance works. Responsibilities include overseeing compliance, managing contractors, and conducting repairs. The role is permanent, offering a salary of £40,000 for 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in PPM and reactive maintenance works is a must.
• Experience with RAMS, and permits is required.
• Familiarity with the 18th edition Building Regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete PPM and reactive maintenance within the facility.
• Oversee sub-contractors on site and provide supervisory duties.
• Diagnose faults effectively and carry out necessary repairs.
• Monitor BMS and identify areas to improve energy efficiency.

Qualified Electrician (Level 3 or Part 1 & 2)

Experience of PPM

Multiskilled for mechanical PPMs
