Qualifications

  • Qualification to at least Level 3 in electrical engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Perform planned maintenance on automated production machinery.
  • Conduct reactive maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Install and commission new machines as required.
  • Diagnose faults in PLC systems.
  • Interpret and work from electrical panel drawings.
  • Maintain health and safety standards during all tasks.

Maintenance Electricians x2 – Brierly Hill, West Midlands.

Industrial Manufacturing Business.

£50,000 + overtime + 33 days holiday + pension.

Shift Pattern : Rotational Double Days (6 : 00am – 2 : 00pm / 2 : 00pm – 10 : 00pm).

A highly successful industrial manufacturing business based in Brierly Hill are looking for two Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineers to join their team. Working within this industrial scale production environment, you will be providing both reactive and planned preventative support across a range of production machinery.

Fault finding and repairing a variety of industrial equipment, this opportunity will suit a proactive engineer who is motivated by working within a diverse, technically challenging environment!

Role Description.

Responsibilities
  • Provision of planned and reactive maintenance engineering across a broad range of automated production machinery.
  • Performing Electrical fault finding and repair.
  • Installation and commissioning of new equipment.
  • PLC Fault Finding.
  • Reading and working from electrical panel drawings.
  • Keeping H&S at the forefront when all work is conducted.
  • Working alongside a cross-sectional team of skilled engineers.
  • Reporting into the Engineering Supervisor.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineering experience.
  • Electrically qualified to Level 3+.
  • Industrial Manufacturing industry experience.
