Job Title

Maintenance Assistant – Head Office in Erith

The Role

Responsible for maintenance activities within the facility, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of all equipment, systems and infrastructure. It is a solo role requiring comprehensive knowledge of maintenance and the ability to handle tasks independently. The role includes managing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, safety and regulatory standards, inventory, contractors and accurate record keeping.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30 am to 5.00 pm.
