Maintenance Assistant - Nevill Hall Hospital

We are looking for a highly motivated, appropriately skilled, reliable and enthusiastic Maintenance Assistant that is able to work well under pressure to carry out planned maintenance and day to day repairs within a hospital environment. The postholder will assist higher skilled trades when required and work as part of a team on co-ordinated projects.

Main duties of the job

To ensure the fabric of the hospital is maintained as a safe environment for patients, public and staff. Undertake supervised and unsupervised maintenance and repair work in order to continually develop skills and knowledge.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
