Mail Sorter – Livingston

This role is with Pertemps on behalf of Royal Mail. You will sort mail by hand and machine, move and lift mailbags and parcels, and work as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Shift Times and Pay

Various shifts available – 6 AM to 2 PM (£14.48 per hour), 2 PM to 10 PM (£14.48 per hour), 10 PM to 6 AM (£15.74 per hour)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Sorting mail by hand and machine to route it to the correct destination
• Working quickly and efficiently to meet daily targets
• Moving and lifting mailbags (up to 11 kg) and parcels
• Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail with every item
• Working as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment

What We’re Looking For

• Good physical fitness – standing and lifting throughout the shift
• Attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines
• Reliability and punctuality
• A positive attitude and willingness to work flexibly
• No previous experience required – full training provided

Weekly and monthly pay options are available for workers. Must be able to reliably commute to site.
