What You'll Do
  • Set up, operate, and maintain machine tools safely and efficiently
  • Monitor machining operations and adjust settings to maintain quality and output

  • Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and support continuous improvement activities
  • Maintain clear and accurate production and maintenance records
  • Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to optimise processes and meet daily targets
  • Participate in daily shop‑floor meetings to support communication and workflow
