Job description

Responsibilities

• Production & Workflow Management: Interpret instructions, plan product components, assist with stock orders, allocate daily jobs, and monitor performance and quality.
• Technical Skills: Expertly operate CNC, Beam Saw, Edgebander, Moulder, Spindle, and related equipment. Accurately interpret CAD drawings and cut sheets.
• Team Leadership: Support the Production Director, manage a small team to achieve high standards, and resolve operational issues.
• Health & Safety: Maintain COSHH documentation, ensure PPE compliance, and promptly report concerns.

Contract Details
