Job description

Role: Machine Operator (Night shift). Start date: Immediate Start. Location: Saxmundham, Suffolk. Hours: 40 hours per week. Pay: £30,000 after probation + £5k shift allowance.

We are looking for a machine operator who is immediately available to work for a manufacturer based on the outskirts of Saxmundham, Suffolk.

The company offer an excellent training & development program, where you can learn all aspects of the business. As you progress & work in further areas of the business, you will have the opportunity to further increase your salary.

This would be working initial hours are 06:45-16:30 with an early finish on Friday, before moving onto a night shift of 22:00-06:00.

Overtime is paid @ increased rates of pay.

Machine Operative duties include:

• Running the smooth operation of the machine
• Loading & unloading the raw materials & quality checking
• Assisting with machine change overs and clean down
• Ensuring you comply with all standards, procedures, and practices.
