Responsibilities
- Monitor functions of equipment and operate per documented procedures including maintaining operational logbooks.
- Provide technicians with symptoms of equipment failures, when required.
- Support material handling as necessary.
- Maintain segregation of materials and lot and or receiving numbers.
- Maintain the area in a clean and orderly condition.
- Adhere to and demonstrate compliance with all company and department standard operating procedures including but not limited to: GMP, device history record, hazard communication and safety rules.
- Utilize written procedures and training to accomplish tasks noted above.
- Accept full accountability for product quality.
- Report to supervisor or management unsolved problems encountered during the workday.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of work-in-process, component inventories and related documentation.
- Under the direction of the Manufacturing Supervisor, ensure the smooth operation of the manufacturing equipment according to established specifications, and standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Demonstrate steady progress in learning all equipment and jobs in the assigned manufacturing area.
- Follow the instructions of the supervisor while observing the quality of raw and finished goods before, during and after production.
Other Information
- Candidate must be able to stand to package and label products.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the production line. The candidate will not be responsible for running or operating the production line.
- Support material handling as necessary. Does not require use of forklift or power jack.
- Lifting/moving and carrying products weighing up to 20 pounds.
- Candidate supports a closed production line. No physical contact with hazardous materials or chemicals.
- Safety glasses, hair nets and gloves provided. The candidate must provide steel or composite shoes/boots.
- Must be able to adhere to shift start times and have excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Prior manufacturing experience is not required.
- Training will be provided.

- No prior manufacturing experience required; training provided.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform packaging/labeling tasks.
- Good attendance and punctuality; ability to adhere to shift schedules.
- Must follow safety guidelines and wear provided protective gear; must provide safety shoes/boots.
