Machine Operator Day Shift

Location: Wolverhampton
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent (12 weeks)

We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join a busy and expanding manufacturing and distribution company in Wolverhampton. This role is ideal for someone with proven machine operating skills who is looking for long-term stability.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery including punch press, bending tools and manual equipment
• Cut materials to size using saws
• Read and interpret technical and engineering drawings
• Complete machining tasks requiring precise measurements and calculations
• Pack and prepare finished products for dispatch
• Support general labouring and warehouse duties
• Carry out manual handling and heavy lifting when required
