Job summary

A leading staffing agency is seeking a full-time temporary to permanent CNC machine operator to join a hardworking team in Stafford Park, UK. The ideal candidate will have proven CNC operating experience, a strong understanding of machinery, and the ability to interpret technical drawings. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining CNC machines while ensuring the quality of produced components. This position offers £13.00 - £14.00 per hour, working Monday to Friday from 7.30 am to 4 pm.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator.
• Strong understanding of CNC machinery and tooling.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality components.
• Set up CNC machines for drilling, grinding, milling, and turning.
• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure specifications are met.

Job description

We are currently recruiting for a full time temporary to permanent CNC machine operator, to join our well-established client based in Stafford Park, to come and join their hardworking team.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high quality components, you will be setting up and operating the CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling and turning, whilst reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints and CAD files.

In addition, you will be preparing and loading raw materials and other parts into the machine, and adjusting settings to ensure precision and quality, then you will be inspecting and measuring the finished products to make sure they meet specifications.
