Join Our Team: Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Ensure all machinery is operated, controlled, monitored and maintained in order to maximise operational efficiency. Machine Operators should carry out their tasks to ensure both Food Safety and Health & Safety standards are complied with at all times.
• Continually deliver a high standard of work output which does not compromise our quality and health and safety standards.
• Achieve consistently the product quality standard required for each customer and be alert and communicate any raw material or finished product quality issues to your Supervisor or Team Leader.
• Maintain a positive attitude towards duties and cooperate with the business to improve its operation and cost effectiveness.
• Proactively communicate issues to the Supervisor/Team Leader, seek clarity of instruction where required, and do not assume/guess.
• Be a team player and demonstrate willingness to support colleagues and the business.

Details of a Machine Operator

• Salary: £12.80 p/h shift + shift allowances
• Overtime: £16 p/h
• Shift pattern: Rotating shifts
• 1st week: Sunday off, Monday 07:00-17:30, Tuesday, Wednesday 14:30-22:00, Thursday 14:30-21:00, Friday off, Saturday 07:00-17:30
• 2nd week: Sunday 07:00-17:30, Monday off, Tuesday-Thursday 07:00-14:00, Friday 07:00-17:30, Saturday off
• Location: Freuchie KY15 7HY
• Duration: Ongoing
