The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring production processes run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, commitment to safety, and experience in machine operation. This role offers a salary of £26,951 per annum plus a shift premium. Work hours involve a 4 on 4 off schedule with rotational days and nights.

Qualifications

• Experience in a process environment is a plus.
• Physically fit, able to work across multiple floors and at heights.

Contract : Permanent – Immediate start

Salary : £26,951 per annum + £3,288.96 Shift Premium

Hours : 4 on 4 off, rotational days and nights, 6am - 6pm & 6pm - 6am

Our client, a well-established manufacturing company based in Bedford, is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join their team as a Machine Operator on a permanent basis.

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery in their industry leading production facility. You will play a critical role in ensuring production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine operation, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities :
