• Reliable and available to work Monday to Friday every week.

• Previous experience in recycling or a similar industrial environment preferred.
• Clear communication skills in English (spoken and understood).
• FLT Counterbalance and/or shovel operating experience an advantage.
• Responsible, safety-conscious, and takes pride in their work.

Job description

Recycling Operative Cable Recycling – Shepshed, LE12, Leicestershire

Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday
  • AM Shift: 06:00 – 14:30 | £13/hour (paid break)
  • PM Shift: 14:00 – 22:00 | £15/hour (paid break)
• Occasional Saturdays – Few hours at £16.25/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Operating recycling machinery that processes cables from construction sites across the UK
