Responsibilities

• As a Moulding Operative you will be compression moulding aerospace rubber components. This will include cutting blanks, loading and demoulding parts, loading and unloading compression presses, all with multiple tools.

You will be working in a hot workspace, you must be comfortable with this. In order to operate the machinery well you will be required to have a good level of fitness and strength.

Requirements

• You must have more than 1 year of machine operating experience
• Experience working in a hot environment
• A positive, hardworking attitude
• Preferably have your own transport

Details

• Monday to Friday work, starting at 06:30 and finishing at 15:30. On Fridays you will work a shorter day from 06:30 to 11:30
• You will be paid £12.21 an hour and enjoy company benefits.
• Holiday will be accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata.
