Machine Operative – Ashton-Under-Lyne

£12.94 - £25.88 per hour

The Best Connection Oldham are currently recruiting a Machine Operative for our client in the Ashton-Under-Lyne area. A strong background in Machine Operation is essential to apply and we can only consider applications that indicate you\'ve this experience. Temp to perm role on offer – but can be via Best Connection for 12 months before transferring. Lots of further training on offer, so you must have a thirst to develop your skill set. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well respected local employer.

Pay rate

• £12.94 per hour with £19.41 on Fridays & Saturdays until 1pm, After 1pm - £25.88 p/h

• Operating a 6 axis wickman machine - training given

• Elements of manual handling so physical fitness required

Requirements of the Machine Operative

• Attention to detail.
• Ideally mechanically minded
• Strong machine background essential
• Recent checkable work history
• Repetitive duties during training period
• Must be able to travel to Bredbury in the future for work.
