The ideal candidate will execute customer onboarding for Office 365, EMS, and Windows 10 products, ensuring smooth transitions to the cloud. Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of Office 365 services and architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customers and partners through the Onboarding technical process.
  • Plan and execute a complete Onboarding experience for Cloud customers.
  • Take ownership of service improvements.
  • Manage customer programs within expected timeframes.
  • Share knowledge through solution documents and social media.
