This role involves managing all aspects of M&E works, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and leading teams to achieve project goals. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and strong technical knowledge in building services.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience as an M&E Project Manager in commercial and large-scale fit-out projects.
• Experience managing M&E packages from installation to commissioning and handover.
• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical building services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee M&E works on site.
• Review M&E drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Lead progress meetings and coordinate with project teams.
• Monitor installation quality and compliance with regulations.
• Uphold health & safety requirements and manage documentation.
