About role

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week - office based, 5 days a week

Location: Chipping Sodbury

Are you a natural leader with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and managing high-performing teams? Do you have a strong background in mechanical and electrical operations? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

Reporting to the M&E Coordination Team Manager, you'll lead a team coordinating cyclical servicing, maintenance, repairs, and installations across heating, electrical, and facilities services. You'll ensure efficient scheduling, manage performance, and drive customer satisfaction across every touchpoint.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading a team of coordinators in delivering an excellent and efficient M&E service.
  • Working closely with customer delivery and programme managers to schedule and deliver works effectively.
  • Monitoring daily operations to ensure targets are met and services are delivered within regulatory requirements.
  • Handling complex maintenance issues and complaints through to resolution.
  • Supporting team development, coaching, 1-2-1s, and recruitment.
  • Assisting in the rollout of new technology and systems.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience managing teams in a customer-focused environment.
  • Knowledge of M&E operations and electronic scheduling systems.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with attention to detail and strong organisational ability.
  • Confident using MS Word and Excel, and skilled in analysing data.
  • Calm under pressure, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Minimum 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English at grade C or above.
  • A willingness to work flexibly.

Due to the nature of the role, a Basic DBS check will be required.
