A leading UK property developer is seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager with a strong mechanical bias to play a pivotal role in the delivery of a major regeneration scheme in South London. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on-site MEP delivery with a focus on mechanical systems across residential and mixed-use buildings.
  • Manage MEP subcontractors, ensuring adherence to design, specifications, and programme milestones.
  • Oversee quality assurance, testing & commissioning, and all relevant compliance documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
  • Contribute to buildability reviews, design development, and value-engineering exercises.
