Are you looking to join one of the UK's fastest growing accounting firms, working on very exciting Transactions across a variety of sectors - sitting as number 2 in the team with a clear route to Partner? That's exactly what this role is!

This Top 20 firm are looking for a Senior Manager to join the Corporate Tax team, specialising in M&A and Transactions. You will report directly to the Partner, and be their number 2 as they look to succession plan for their role in the next few years - so there is genuine progression on offer!

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic commercial advice to clients, across a range of sectors on their transactions
  • Analyse financial data to consider potential tax implications; working with your clients on potential mitigation strategies
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, developing them to be the best they can be
  • Work closely with the Partner on business development efforts, attending networking events, and client pitches/meetings
Requirements
  • ACA, CTA qualifications or equivalent
  • Experience working in M&A and/or Transaction tax
  • Ideally knowledge of multiple sectors from a Tax perspective, but specialists can be considered
  • Desire to push on towards Director and Partner
