Full-Time Shifts Available:



  • Day Shift (AM): 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

  • Overnight Shift: 6:30 PM - 6:00 AM_ ( $2 shift differential) _


Overview:

Are you a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) looking to make a meaningful difference? Covenant Living, the nation's sixth-largest nonprofit senior living provider, is seeking compassionate and qualified nurses to join our faith-based community. In this role, you'll work in assisted living, skilled nursing, or memory care, ensuring that residents receive the highest quality of care, comfort, and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Oversee and direct the work of nursing assistants, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.

  • Support new LPN/LVN staff and nursing assistants through orientation and ongoing training.

  • Communicate regularly with the Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing, providing feedback on resident conditions and staff performance.

  • Monitor residents' physical, mental, and emotional well-being, communicating significant changes to the care team, physician, and family as needed.

  • Administer direct patient care, including catheter care, colostomy care, suctioning, dressing changes, and other treatments as needed.

  • Participate in shift reports to ensure seamless communication of resident care information.

  • Assist in the admission, orientation, and ongoing care of new residents, ensuring that physician orders for medications, therapies, and treatments are properly transcribed and communicated.


Qualifications:



  • Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program.

  • Active LPN/LVN license in good standing in the state.

  • At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care setting.

  • Strong commitment to providing professional, compassionate care.

  • Knowledge of nursing standards and state/federal regulations for skilled nursing facilities.


Compensation:



  • Pay Range: $32.00 - $39.00 per hour.
