• Main dealer experience required.
• Excellent customer service and up-selling skills essential.
• Familiarity with RTC, One Link, and Kerridge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in the service reception.
• Book in vehicles and raise/close job cards.
• Gain authorizations for work to be carried out.
• Liaise with the workshop regarding work in progress.
• Arrange courtesy cars using the one link system.
• Conduct customer handovers and up-sell.
