Qualifications

  • Previous experience working within a Front Office environment or similar preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing) are essential.
  • Good level of English is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Running night audit using property management system (PMS) software.
  • Processing payments including room charges, debit and credit, cash and cheques.
  • Processing wake-up call requests.
  • Checking in and checking out guests.
  • Answering and responding to all guest calls, messages, questions or concerns.
  • Monitoring hotel and reporting any accidents or incidents to the manager.
  • Counting and securing the till at shift's end.
  • Summarizing each night's operations and listing any follow-up tasks for management.
  • Following End of Day procedures.
  • Giving guests information and directions regarding property and local areas of interest.
