Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ operational leadership experience in luxury hospitality.
• Demonstrated success as General Manager or senior operations leader in five-star hotels.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-revenue stream hospitality environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations ensuring seamless five-star service delivery.
• Recruit, coach, and train hospitality staff to embed a culture of excellence.
• Uphold safety and health protocols in line with UK regulations.
• Set and manage departmental budgets with the Financial Controller.
• Collaborate with CEO on property’s relaunch and long-term strategy.
