Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in a regulated financial institution in Luxembourg or Europe.
  • Experience working within a compliance framework.
  • Exposure to audits and inspections is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of European regulations, including MiFID 2 and ideally MiCA.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Compliance Officer in implementing a Compliance Monitoring Programme.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks of investment products.
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations, advising on business impacts.
  • Contribute to regulatory strategy and license extension processes.
  • Assist in drafting and updating compliance policies.
  • Support timely and accurate regulatory reporting.
  • Assist in interactions with regulators and auditors.
