A leading educational trust in Manchester is seeking a part-time Lunchtime Organiser SEN to join their team at Pear Tree High School. This role involves supervising students during lunchtime, supporting healthy eating, and engaging with educational activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with students with special educational needs. We’re looking for:
You will supervise students in the dining areas and elsewhere as required to provide high‑quality support over lunchtime, supporting healthy eating, a range of lunchtime clubs, feeding and changing students as appropriate.
You will help create an atmosphere so that the meal and lunchtime recreation is a pleasant experience for pupils and staff.

Pear Tree High School is a brand‑new specialist support school which sits in the heart of Cheadle Hulme. The school aims to work in partnership with parents and carers, the multi‑academy trust, the local authority, and other agencies to provide exceptional education for all.
